UdyogahConnect's HRMS for the UAE runs payroll through the Wage Protection System (WPS), tracks attendance and leave, and calculates end-of-service gratuity - so HR and finance teams in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the Emirates work from one system instead of spreadsheets and a separate payroll bureau.
Since 1 June 2026, MOHRE requires private-sector salaries for each month to reach employees through WPS by the first day of the following month, with at least 85% of wages due paid on time. UdyogahConnect builds the monthly payroll run around that deadline and generates the Salary Information File (SIF) your bank or exchange house needs, so the payroll register and the WPS file always match.
End-of-service gratuity is calculated on basic salary under Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 - 21 days per year for the first five years and 30 days per year after that, capped at two years of wages - and accrued monthly, so the liability is visible on your books long before an employee leaves. Final settlements, including gratuity, leave encashment and notice pay, are prepared for payment within the 14-day window the law allows.
Leave and attendance follow UAE rules out of the box: annual leave accrual, sick leave, public holidays and overtime, with managers approving requests from the web or the mobile app and balances updating instantly.
Employee records keep passport, visa, Emirates ID and labour card details together with expiry alerts, so renewals are handled before they lapse rather than after a fine.
Because the HRMS is the same platform as UdyogahConnect's direct-hire job portal, new hires move straight from offer to employee record to first WPS payslip without re-keying data. Payroll posts to UC Finance, and UC CRM, UC Inventory and UC Project are available on the same login.
Teams with staff in the UAE and India, Singapore or Canada run every country's payroll from one account, and companies without a UAE entity can hire through our employer of record service.
Pricing is a flat monthly subscription rather than a per-hire or percentage-of-salary fee - see UAE pricing or book a demo to walk through a live WPS payroll run.
