UdyogahConnect's HRMS for Singapore runs CPF payroll, attendance, leave and claims for SMEs and growing teams from one system, so HR and finance stop reconciling spreadsheets with a separate payroll bureau every month.
CPF contributions for employer and employee are calculated on every payroll run using the rates for each employee's age band. From 1 January 2026 the Ordinary Wage ceiling is $8,000 a month, and for employees aged 55 and below the rates are 17% from the employer and 20% from the employee. Contributions are due by the 14th of the following month, and the payroll register is built around that date.
Year-end employment income reporting follows IRAS rules: employers with five or more employees must submit employee income through the Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) by 1 March. Keeping payroll, allowances and benefits in one record means the year-end figures come from the same data as every monthly payslip.
Leave and attendance work the way Singapore teams run them: annual and sick leave entitlements, public holidays, overtime and geo-enabled clock-in from the mobile app, with managers approving requests from the web or their phone.
Employee records keep NRIC or FIN, work pass type and expiry dates together with contracts and payslips, so Employment Pass and S Pass renewals are planned before they lapse.
Because the HRMS is the same platform as UdyogahConnect's direct-hire job portal, a new hire moves from offer to employee record to first CPF payslip without re-keying data. Payroll posts to UC Finance, and UC CRM, UC Inventory and UC Project run on the same login.
Pricing is a flat monthly subscription rather than a per-hire or per-payslip fee. See Singapore pricing or book a demo to walk through a live CPF payroll run.
